Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we operate a strict returns policy in accordance with UK consumer protection and health & hygiene regulations.

Our supplements are ingestible goods and cannot be returned once opened, used, or tampered with.

 

Unopened Products

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order provided that:

• The product is unused and unopened

• The safety seal remains intact

• The packaging is undamaged

• You can provide proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened products

• Used products

• Items with broken safety seals

• Products returned more than 14 days after delivery


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
