WHY WE DO THIS
Modern men are not broken, but the data is clear. Obesity now affects around 40 percent of men. Testosterone levels are roughly 45 percent lower than they were 20 years ago. Sixty three percent of men are not having sex regularly. Energy, vitality, and drive are declining while distraction, stress, and isolation are increasing. Men are doing more, yet feeling less. Alongside this physical decline sits a mental health crisis that cannot be ignored. In the UK alone, 14 men die by suicide every day, with men accounting for the vast majority of suicide deaths.
